Pick up, and carry cake from the bottom only.

Keep the cake level at all times, including during transport and refrigeration.

Transport cake in an air-conditioned vehicle, away from loose objects. DO NOT travel with the cake on car seat OR lap. Cake MUST be on a flat surface such as the floorboard.

Store cake in the box in the refrigerator.

Take cake out of the fridge 1 hour before serving. Keep cake out of direct sunlight, moisture and heat.

Store any leftover cake in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
